From 1975 Morgan-Snell chose to use plywood instead of paper or cardboard for Ave Maria, Gratia Plena. She employs both charcoal for New Age , gouache for The Apocalypse and watercolor for Cosmos, or tempera techniques for May Night Venice and Venice I for her drawings. This is mostly preparatory drawings for paintings of Venice I, for the frescoes of the Trinité, studies of hands, details of sculptures and a series such as the Apocalypse or Venice.
